MI ALMA (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a digital assistant application developed for professional teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Email address and name through Google Sign-In for authentication purposes.
  • Email Data: With your explicit permission, we access your Gmail account to read, classify, and help manage your emails. We use the Gmail API with read and modify scopes.
  • Voice Data: When you use voice features, audio is processed in real-time for speech-to-text conversion. We do not store voice recordings.
  • Reminders and Tasks: Information you provide when creating reminders, including titles, dates, and descriptions.
  • Conversation History: Messages exchanged with the AI assistant to provide contextual responses.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide email classification and management features
  • Generate daily summaries and reminders
  • Process voice commands and provide voice responses
  • Send WhatsApp reminders to your clients on your behalf
  • Improve the quality and accuracy of our AI assistant

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can access your data. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never exposed to the client.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Gmail API: For email access and management
  • Anthropic Claude API: For AI-powered conversations and summaries
  • ElevenLabs: For text-to-speech voice generation
  • Supabase: For data storage and authentication
  • WhatsApp: For sending client reminders (via URL scheme)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above to provide the app's functionality.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • Opt out of voice features
  • Export your data

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

MI ALMA is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
