By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using MI ALMA (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
MI ALMA is a digital assistant iOS application for professional teams. It helps you manage your email, reminders, contacts and daily tasks, with optional AI-powered responses and voice interaction. The App is operated by Elio Vázquez Immigration Law Team.
To use the App you must create an account using a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters including letters and numbers. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use MI ALMA.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
MI ALMA uses artificial intelligence to help manage your workflow and draft responses. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. MI ALMA does not provide legal advice. For immigration or any other legal matters, always consult a qualified attorney. MI ALMA is designed to never fabricate legal data, case information or client records; however, you are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it to a third party.
If you choose to connect a Gmail account, you authorize MI ALMA to read, classify, and draft responses on your behalf using the Gmail API. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. We are not responsible for any business decisions you make based on AI-generated email classifications or drafts.
The App allows you to send reminders to your own contacts via WhatsApp’s URL scheme. You are solely responsible for the content of those messages and for obtaining the recipient’s consent where required by applicable messaging laws and regulations.
The App, including its design, source code, brand name, trademarks, logos and content, is owned by MI ALMA / Elio Vázquez Immigration Law Team and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the data and content you create using the App.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → CUENTA → Eliminar mi cuenta). See our Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with reasonable notice where possible, if you violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MI ALMA and its operators are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
