MI ALMA is a digital assistant application designed for professional teams. The App provides email management, voice interaction, reminders, and AI-powered assistance to help organize your professional workflow.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate using a valid Google account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers

5. AI Assistant Disclaimer

MI ALMA uses artificial intelligence to provide assistance. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information. The App does not provide legal advice. For legal matters, always consult with a qualified attorney. MI ALMA never fabricates legal data or case information.

6. Email Access

By granting MI ALMA access to your Gmail account, you authorize the App to read, classify, and help manage your emails. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on email classifications provided by the App.

7. WhatsApp Integration

The App allows you to send messages to your clients via WhatsApp. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through this feature and for complying with applicable messaging laws and regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MI ALMA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

MI ALMA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
